Internet Web Solutions successfully organized two additional VOICE Project Multiplier Events, bringing together young learners preparing to enter the job market, including both local participants and international students.
During the events, participants had the opportunity to learn more about the VOICE Project, its mission, key results, and the free educational resources developed to support the social and professional inclusion of Ukrainian refugees. While the project’s primary focus is on supporting displaced Ukrainians, the free online courses and educational resources are also available to local citizens, ensuring that everyone can benefit from the project’s outcomes. By opening these learning opportunities to both refugees and host communities, the VOICE Project encourages shared learning experiences, promotes mutual understanding, and helps Ukrainian refugees integrate more easily into their local communities through meaningful interaction and collaboration.
The VOICE OER Platform was also showcased during both events. The platform is freely accessible online, with no registration required, allowing anyone to explore and benefit from its resources. All training materials can be downloaded for offline use, ensuring easy access anytime and anywhere. The platform brings together all the results developed throughout the project, including a repository of Social Innovation Initiatives identified across Europe to encourage their transferability and replication in other countries, the Needs Analysis and Country Snapshots, as well as free multilingual training courses designed to support the social and professional inclusion of Ukrainian refugees while also promoting learning opportunities for local communities.
The events also highlighted the importance of engaging local communities in the integration process. By informing citizens about the challenges faced by displaced people and the opportunities offered through the project, the multiplier events fostered dialogue, understanding, and collaboration. Building stronger connections between refugees and host communities is essential for promoting social cohesion, inclusion, and equal opportunities.
