This training module has been developed within the framework of the ESF+ VOICE project, in which EPIC is a partner. The project aims to support the socio-economic inclusion of Ukrainian refugees and migrants living in Europe by providing practical learning opportunities and employability-oriented training.

Designed primarily for Ukrainian refugees and migrants, the course offers knowledge, skills and guidance to help participants navigate their new social and professional environments, strengthen their employability and facilitate their integration into local communities.

UNITY EUROPE – Supporting and upskilling young immigrants

This resource has been developed within the framework of the UNITY EUROPE project, in which EPIC is a partner. The project aims to support the social and economic inclusion of young migrants across Europe by providing practical tools, guidance and learning opportunities tailored to their needs.

Designed for young migrants and newcomers living in Italy, this Country Fiche offers essential information on employment opportunities, education and training pathways, professional development, volunteering, community engagement and cultural activities. It serves as a practical guide to help young people better understand available services and opportunities while facilitating their integration into local communities.

The resource was developed by EPIC as part of the UNITY EUROPE project and forms part of a broader set of tools designed to support young migrants in their integration journey. In addition to the downloadable version, users can also explore the interactive online version of the Country Fiche on the UNITY EUROPE platform, providing easy access to up-to-date information and useful resources for integration and participation.

This training module has been developed within the UNITY EUROPE project, in which EPIC is a partner and lead developer of this learning resource. The project promotes the inclusion of young migrants by strengthening the skills and competences needed to successfully participate in social, educational and professional life.

Targeted at young migrants and newcomers, the training focuses on developing networking abilities, intercultural competence and key soft skills that support both professional and social integration. Participants are guided through practical strategies for building professional networks, engaging with support systems, improving communication and problem-solving skills, adapting to multicultural workplaces and strengthening emotional intelligence.

The module forms part of the UNITY EUROPE training programme and provides practical tools to help young migrants build meaningful connections, improve their employability and actively participate in their new communities.

LOCAL – Boosting Silver Economy through local community mentoring

Guidelines for Mentors

These guidelines have been developed within the framework of the LOCAL Project supporting capacity building in the field of adult education.

The resource is addressed to adult education practitioners, with a specific focus on mentors and facilitators who support senior learners throughout their training journey.

The document provides structured guidance on how to effectively accompany and support seniors participating in the training programme, ensuring inclusive, engaging and learner-centred educational experiences. It offers practical recommendations for mentoring approaches, communication strategies and learner support methods within adult education contexts.

LOCAL – Boosting Silver Economy through local community mentoring

This training module has been developed within the framework of the LOCAL Project, an initiative focused on strengthening innovation and capacity building in the field of adult education.

The module is designed for adult education practitioners and is specifically addressed to senior learners, including retired individuals who wish to reskill, explore new opportunities and potentially engage in entrepreneurial activities later in life.

The training provides practical knowledge and tools on fundraising strategies and grant proposal writing, supporting participants in developing the skills needed to access funding opportunities and transform ideas into concrete initiatives.

ACCESSI – Fostering Knowledge and Capacity to Excel in Sustainability and Social Inclusion

Operational Guidelines to the Erasmus+ Programme

This training resource has been developed within the framework of the ACCESSI Project, an initiative aimed at strengthening the capacity of organisations and professionals working in adult education, social inclusion, and community development to engage in European cooperation opportunities.

The guidelines are designed primarily for adult education practitioners and small organisations with limited experience in international projects. However, they are also valuable for trainers, educators, NGOs, cultural organisations, social enterprises, and other stakeholders interested in participating in the Erasmus+ Programme.

The training provides practical guidance on understanding the Erasmus+ framework, identifying relevant funding opportunities, navigating application procedures, and developing successful project proposals.
